I needed to drill two holes to accommodate studs at 16 inch centers.
This is a quality product. Once centered where it needed to go the wall mount installation was simple.

Mounting holes off
TL:DR - when perfectly centered, you TV will be off center by 1" if using this with a Thin 546.Either pre-mount the 546 and then get measurements for centering (then unmount for hanging), or just expect to be nudging the TV along after its mounted to get it back to center.Long Story:It has pre-drilled and threaded mounting holes for a variety of Vogel mounts.Their site says this works for Thin 545 and Thin 546, but they only advertise the 545 as working. I.e. you're only told the 546 works if you go to the 546 page.Unfortunately, while the hole pattern of the 546 works the spacing of the off centerline mount is different than the Thin 545.I have a perfectly centered stud adapter, perfectly centered mount from the Thin 546. Soon as the Thin 546 mount is attached to the stud adapter you'll find the TV is 1" off center to the right.SUPER annoying, and a real pain then to adjust and get centered, but you can get it back to center. Just takes lots more time and made all your previous math pointless.

Excellent way to solve problem of 600mm studs
Took a while to arrive but it did come all the way from Germany. Simple design of metal plate with pre-screwed hole to attach various Vogel TV wall brackets. Identify position of studs in wall and screw in the large screws that came with the TV wall bracket [not this item] and ensure level. Thin screw in TV bracket to the metal plate with screws provided in the TV wall bracket package. If you a reasonably competent DIY person it should be no bother.

I made a mistake in buying this item because I have a brick wall and since it was what customers bought with the wall mount I thought I needed it.

I would give it 5 stars if it came with all the screws as stated in the package.

Einwandfrei verarbeitet und vollständig geliefert
Was soll man zu einer Platte mit gut abgestimmten Lochungen sagen? Sie ist einwandfrei verarbeitet und hat keine scharfen Kanten, die Löcher sind in den richtigen Entfernungen und man kann die anderen Löcher/Schlitze nutzen um noch mehr Schrauben anzubringen um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen, wie bei mir wegen Holzwänden. Es fehlen auch keine Schrauben wie manch einer hier behauptet. Die Schrauben die in der Anleitung aufgeführt werden, liegen der Wandhalterung bei, wie bei meiner Thin 545!
