So very worth it!
Over the years I’ve read all these studies about sitting at your desk and not moving much at all during that 10 or so hours is killing us. For years I thought nothing of it. I mean I don’t sit for every hour during my work day. I get up around 4 times a day to use the bathroom. Albeit - I sat down every time, didn’t matter 1, 2, 3 or 4 (if you have no idea what a 3 is, you can’t handle a 4).Fast forward to June 2018. My doctor told me I need to move around every hour and get my heart rate to a anaerobic level for 30 minutes a day which he added it doesn’t count when I hit that zone while conducting a #4. My doctor said that simple changes like standing and walking around for 3 minutes every hour would make a world of difference.I realized I do not want to die young and I need to put my trucker hat on, turn it around slowly and “Over The Top” this damn thing head on!So what did I do you ask?First, I ordered a Standing Desk that was motorized from Uplift Desk (upliftDesk.com).Second, I stopped cleaning my gun loaded.Third, I researched “Wobble Boards” and I easily found hundreds. Some as low as $25 and as high as $250. I researched around 5 in the $75 - $250 range. And I stumbled across the “Indo Board”. I’ve heard of the brand from my baseball training days and I remember them as a nice board like a skim board and a solid tube to balance on. No way in hell coujd I do that and try to work.I did a quick YouTube search for “Standing Desk Wobble Boards” - and BOOM a fairly old video from Indo Board about exactly what I was looking for! And the dude in the video wasn’t using the roller, it was like a black whoopie cushion that would support motion in all directions. That’s all I needed to see! Done! Ordered! It wasn’t Prime, but shipping was free and arrived within 3 days (way, WAY ahead of schedule). And I have used it everyday all day! Some co-workers have asked to borrow it when I was not in the office. In hindsight the $130 price tag is a deal! Like a fell-off-the-back-of-the-truck-and-a-meth-head-decided-the-price-type-of-deal.I will post photos of the Indo Board & my office area setup. Don’t judge the pizza stains on the wall. I’m single for a reason.Edit: The cushion can be inflated to different “fullness” to increase/decrease difficulty.

Great board for a sit/stand desk.
Great balance board for a sit/stand desk, after using it for a while now I feel like I made the best choice possible. There's the $350 dollar option and I'm sure that one is great too, but what I love about this one is you can adjust how difficult it is so you can set it just how you like and that other one's constantly on easy mode. Then there's the cheaper basic balance boards like a Co worker of mine has but I find it a little too easy as well (meaning it also does less for my core) and it doesn't have the surface area of this one. That may not seem like a big deal but it allows for more variety of positions which is actually very helpful in keeping you from fatiguing as quickly standing. In just a month of using it my core has tightened up noticeably and my lower back pain seems to be gone all together. (sorry Chiropractor) This purchase was worth every penny. It does still have it's cons, the fact it's two separate pieces means you have to set it up every time, but that only takes about 30 seconds. And if your lazy like me you can get a cheap mat to place it on to avoid that. I just slide the mat with the board on it under my desk or back out again as needed. All in all probably the best balance board option available right now in my personal opinion. I love my sit/stand desk and this is my favorite part.

Great for home workouts, ok for office use.
This seems solidly made. I like that I will be able to adjust the inflatable base to change how challenging the Indoboard will be. However, this was terribly packaged for shipment. The top of the box was untaped. It could have stood to have sturdier or more tape. There were also already some scratches on the sides of the board, I'm guessing this happened in shipping, but I don't know for sure. Perhaps I'll find that the quality makes up for these flaws.I got this for use at my standing desk at the office, so I wish the natural top had no logo, or at least a much smaller one. I also like how sturdy it is, but it's also really heavy, so it's not the most ideal thing for setting up and taking down at the office. I'll also have to put a mat under it so it won't make much noise when the wood clinks on the floor. Since I got it for the office these factors really matter to me.I'll consider adding on another star and updating this when I have used it more and have had more time to assess how well the board fits into my office environment.

Caution with accessories
After using my board along with the indoboard supplied balance ball my board is now stripped of its finish and logo. Not sure what is in the rubber/finish that would cause a reaction to literally melt the finish off my board. I realize that it is only the bottom of the board, but now I am afraid to use the balance ball because it will stick again or ruin the board further. I am disappointed that I spent this amount of money on something that was ruined on a few uses.

Great board, fantastic customer service
Initial board ended up having an adverse reaction between the rubber of the cushion and the paint on the board. Became a sticky mess. When I submitted a customer complaint, got an almost immediate phone call back from Indo Board, who sent a replacement board that arrived within two days. The old board is now on the way back with postage paid by Indo Board . Apparently their Chinese manufacturer had a quality issue in the past, and was trying to feed in some of the defective products. If you get one and have the same problem, contact in the board and they will take care of you.As for the board itself, it’s totally awesome. My conference calls have become a lot more fun, as long as I keep my camera off. :-)
