Great product! I love it!

Bought this flat iron a year and two months ago and it has completely fallen apart

It is a little hard to hold without causing it to cut off

This hair straightener took me by surprise. It is super light heats up within seconds. Compared to my croc original my hair would be so hot afterwards and I get a lot of damage from the heat. This straightener is amazing I didn't think it was working at first because my hair wasn't getting super hot but my hair got pinched straight with just one stroke down the hair and the vibration mode also took me by surprise works really well. Hopefully this will be the end of my fried ends.

The company is listed as Croc, but the warranty states if you purchased through Amazon it is unauthorized. I purchased this product 6 months ago and the cord has separated from the base.

This is a professional flat iron. Really like the way you are able to hold it with the handke. Let's you curl and wave your hair if you want. The pulse helps to keep from getting lines in your hair. Bought at ulta for 150.00 took it back and bought it for 99.00 on amazon. Way to go.
