It needs a manual and what's here online now doesn't really suffice - took me a while to figure it out. Please be sure to tighten the large bolts as hard as possible to avoid wobbling. Once done, I'm pleased with it. Note to owners: "Step 1: this is what it looks like assembled" is NOT, repeat, is NOT, an assembly manual, particularly when the photo is dark and lacking detail.

So far this bench is awesome! My house just turned in to a Gym just with the addition of this bench. With a few dumbbells and bands there is so many exercises you can perform. It’s super sturdy and strong plus I love the incline decline positions. I feel is the best one I could buy especially for the price!! I would buy again.

very sturdy as well as practical for those workout at la casa. took a little figuring out on the install, but once i gave it the attention it turned out to be very easy.

All they had was a picture and a caption this is how it looks assembled. Already not a good start. I wanted to assemble this before leaving for work instead I had to figure out what goes where. Suffice to say I didn't even get to assemble it.

It was an easy set up and install. Problem is weak material the bench has already started to bend the main head board. With basic weight being used. Causing unsafe conditions
