This is a good product. The adhesive seems strong and the cushion feels comfortable. The thickness may be some concern to some people but I think it protects the mouthpiece and your teeth as well.

I have only used one of the pads to date and there were no problems whatsoever. I am not in a position to write much of a review right now. I lost my wife and have been involved in her memorial service and just this morning I was knocked to the floor with kidney and I am in the process of mentally coping with the pain. With no one to help me at the present time I am just unable to give much of a review at this time. Hope you understand.

Adhesion is very good. They are fairly soft so won't last as long as some others, but then, I prefer them this way for comfort.

Convenient way to cushion your teeth and keep mouthpiece clean of wear marks. Sticks well right out of the pkg, but don't know how it will stay long-term. I do wish they came in different thicknesses. I have a tall hard palate and I sound mellower with my teeth higher off the mouthpiece. I may try layering several.

This is my first time using mouthpiece patches and they work really well. I thought they would be awkward at first but they weren't. Very inexpensive too ;D

These are good quality rubberized pads. This, like many others, however do not last with jagged teeth. As long as your teeth can saw through, you will be able to use up a pad pretty fast. I do find that you can double up a pad but it takes a little getting use to. That is what practice is for. This does change the bite so be careful. Use the right mouth piece if you are doubling the padding.

Once affixed, very soon you don't really even notice that it is there, although it feels much more comfortable on the teeth than the hard plastic. Size and thickness are perfect. Doesn't come loose. It also seems like each one may last awhile, so it could be a long time before I need to re-order.

I use the product for alto sax and it works great.
