I wanted to try hand stripping myself for the first time on my BT since it's so expensive to have done. It came out great! You just gotta get the motion/technique down...watch some You Tube vids and give it a go!!

Works good but awkward to hold. Maybe it’s just the size of my hand but it’s uncomfortable. It worked amazing to strip my dog’s wire coat though! Photos show before and after stripping the coat around my dogs shoulders and neck.

Adore this little knife it makes it so easy to detail my terriers ears for hand stripping. I think it is super well made and easy on my hands and fingers. Grips hair well and makes my life so much easier. Definitely recommend.

Love this knife!! Very comfortable in my hand. I strip my wire fox terrier and my airedale terrier. I'm no professional and not very fast with it so my hand gets pretty sore by the time I'm done. This knife is far more comfortable than my others, and the others are Hauptners so they're good ones, just not comfy in my hand. This knife is perfect for flat work but works well on the entire dog. If you're looking for just ONE stripping knife that can pretty much do it all, then this is the one you want to get!!

I bought this along with the undercoat rake and it has worked wonders on my Goldens spay coat! After I was through with him the first time using, I was amazed at how much hair I had!

Quality brand but not quite what I was looking for. Prefer a more substantial knife.

Heute geliefert und gleich ausprobiert. Das Messer liegt gut in der Hand und man kann damit die Ohren des Hundes gut zupfen. Hatte erst bedenken, aber der Hund lag ruhig da und ich konnte die Ohren fertig machen. Dieses Ohren Trimm Messer kann ich gut weiter empfehlen.

This item is really difficult to find at the pet stores. We have a border terrier and have been hand stripping - this tool worked better than expected.

This stripping knife is not as good as I had hoped. I wanted to use it for cocker spaniel ears and head instead of a clipper but it does not trim much at all. Had expected better for the price of this stripping knife
