It is doing what I hoped for, which is, my husband has health concerns that keep him very inactive. He has started using it from a sitting position and it has helped his circulation and brought feeling back to his toes.

I usually don't like to review a product too early. I had the confidence one for 4yrs. My kids broke the power button so I couldn't turn it on. I just decided to get a smaller one so I can hide it from my kids. After much research, I decided to go with this machine. This machine is more powerful than the confidence one I had. This has a higher speed than my old one. I'm happy with it.

 I really like this machine,Very convenient, there are 5 modes to choose from, each mode has a different rhythm frequency from slow to fast, which can be selected by remote control.For the first 20 minutes I used P1 and P2, I tried to bend and stand. It works on my thighs and my waist。Every morning and evening each 10 minutes, can see weight loss effect as soon as possible。

I purchased the Jufit vibrating plate in November 2016. I like the machine a lot and use it daily, but the plastic surface started to crack after a couple of months and recently a hole opened up. I’m not a large or heavy person (130 lbs). I’m disappointed in the quality of the product. Because of the hole, it’s uncomfortable to stand on and I need to get a new machine. I don’t think I’ll purchase another Jufit because I can’t trust the quality.

I was nervous about this at first, but I read all the reviews and did some research on this. So far I am impressed. It is really weird because you are shaking back and forth but I have seen some help with balance! Just follow the directions and you can't go wrong! Patience and you will see results eventually!

It is exactly what I was looking for and not very expensive and I can use it when ever I want.very comfortable and I hope to see results…meantime I feel muscles are relaxed and balance is better due to it
