Bought this after reading all positive reviews, but unfortunately it causes a lot of acne breakouts. The acne is painful. Better to consult dermatologist for the right dosage before blindly buying. However the product seems to work for hair growth as I can see baby hair in the region where my hair was thinning. So better to take these capsules two times a week to balance the levels and prevent acne.
