Love this product for its ease of use and for its effectiveness. It’s nice not having to charge it, just a quick battery change when it loses power. I use a fairly high setting on the back of my neck to help get rid of headaches and mild migraine. I don’t know how it works, it may be the placebo effect, but that in itself can be as good a pain management strategy as the next thing so I’m ok with that. Whatever the reason, it does help dissolve tension in the neck and shoulder blades, for me anyway. I know that this may not be for everybody so I would definitely recommend starting on a low setting. The lower settings are pretty mild.

Works perfectly! Bought it really for the attachments for one I already have but this one is perfect as well! The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s use AA batteries vs using a built in chargeable battery but not a deal breaker! Those complaining about shocks need to learn how to actually use the product vs posting ill and inaccurate information. It’s a physical therapy tool not a toy! Literally an instant relief for my neck 🙌🏾!

This product is very cheaply made! The AAA battery clanges back and forth as you move the device because the plastic around it is so cheap. I have a TENS unit already basically this product tries to be a TENS unit with one pulse. You can also feel the vibration in your hand as you use the device, that's not pleasant. When contact is made with your skin it feels more like a bee sting. They also didn't tell you that you would need a contact solution to aid with the connection. This was advertised as acupuncture! NOT

It performed well, and did relieve the muscle tension, and pain. HOWEVER, you WILL get shocked if you miss the pressure point. It’s nothing serious but very uncomfortable. But, the positive still outweighs the negative. The shocks will happen if you miss the pressure point with ANY acupuncture pen, not just this one. Moral of the story, don’t miss the pressure point! 🤭

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It was a good price...

I had neck and back surgery & have artificial disc and titanium clips in my neck and back, and this is by far one of the tools I use to help with the pain. 🫡🤙🏽

They battery compartment is not easy to close. The roller attachment required a wrench to remove and broke the plastic collar that holds the top on. Used it 10 times and is now useless. When it worked, it was good.

When it works it is amazing but it does after a while stop working. Once it's had time to cool it picks back up again, I would still recommend this
