Westinghouse Lighting 6360700 Stella Mira Three-Light Chandelier, Matte Black Finish with Washed Copper Accents and Clear Glass Candle Covers Outdoor Pendant

I have decided to proactively share my experience as many time excellent customer service goes unnoticed or unrecognized. I bought and self installed this 6339000 Stella Mira Six-Light Outdoor Chandelier at my home a couple of weeks ago and during the installation, dropped and broke 3 of the 6 glass shades that enclose the lamps. I contacted customer service and asked to purchase 3 replacement shades. In spite of it being my fault, they shipped me 3 replacement shades within three days of my contact and did not charge me. I was truly impressed in the way they handled my inquiry and very much impressed with their superior customer service. I am truly grateful. Thank you.

Love love LOVE!!! I looked everywhere for a chandelier to put under my new porch. Everything I found was either too expensive or poorly made. This product is made with solid material and is absolutely beautiful. I have received so many compliments. The only thing I will mention is that the glass light covers a narrow. You have to buy standard size bulbs, the energy effient styles won’t work.

I absolutely adore this outdoor chandelier. We paid the extra money to have a chandelier rated for outdoors because even though our patio is well covered from the elements, I still wanted to be able to wash the chandelier from dust and such. We had the chandelier installed by an electrician because we had no existing wiring in that spot. I literally love walking into our home in the evening because I feel like the chandelier just makes our house look so stunning. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. We've had the chandelier installed now for about 5 months 👍🏻

Very happy with our purchase of this outdoor light. The installation was easy and I think it looks great on the front patio. Like another reviewer stated, you need to be careful with the glass coverings. I use a bulb that was too tall and one of the covers shattered; I felt like an idiot since I had even read that beforehand. Fortunately, the customer service of Westinghouse is excellent and Lynn was able to help get me straightened out. One of the few times I've actually talked about a light fixture to a few friends.

This light is nice for the price. I took off 1 star due to the fact that the wires are not color coded (ground wire, positive wire etc) Typically these wires are color coded, in this case they were not. Because of this the installation was a bit of a challenge.Otherwise it’s a very nice light for the price

I looked for an outdoor globe chandelier to hang at my front door for a very long time before I finally purchased the Stella Mira Globe Chandelier, and I'm so glad I did. I could not be happier. It is absolutely gorgeous! There were not many outdoor rated globe chandeliers to choose from, especially if you're on a budget. The Stella Mira Globe Chandelier makes a great statement piece for the front entryway without breaking the bank. I absolutely love it! It was a little tough to hang, mostly because of its size. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes to install. It took a few weeks to be delivered, but it was well worth the wait.

Easy to install - well packed. Looks absolutely gorgeous. Received several compliments within days of hanging on front porch entry way. It has survived several wind / rain storms.. had to put 40 watt bulbs because we started out with 60 watt and they were very bright.. 40 watts keep the area well lit.

Love this light fixture. My husband installed it over our furniture set in the backyard for some soft lighting. Looks great, gives off tons of light (he put it on a dimmer), and makes it seem like a real room out there.
