Definitely a frontrunner for dry shampoos under $10
My hair: naturally mousey brown but I highlight the majority of it with warm and light blondes. It is fine, but fairly thick hair.Keeping my hair clean and voluminous is very important to me. I like to use dry shampoo on my hair even right after I wash and blow dry it for extra volume. I've tried Dove, Suave, Batiste, and Psst dry shampoos. The Suave dry shampoos are my favorite (both Keratin and standard-check out my reviews on those products as well), but this one deserves 4 stars as a runner-up.Pros:Smells good. The scent is consistent with other Garnier hair products, but I can't pinpoint a specific fragrance.Good for fine hair if you want some volume. If you use this product generously, you'll see some nice volume that stays throughout the day without having to backcomb your hair or add hairspray.Great price. Prices for dry shampoos are all over the place. This one is a good price and the product does work. No need to spent $10+ when a product like this does the job.ConsNot for brunettes. Plain and simple. I have blonde hair but can still see a bit of white powdery residue when I use it. Requires quite a bit of "working in" before the whiteness goes away. I'm certain that on brunettes it would be visible or at least it would really dull the hair color.Bottle runs out fast. Yes, I use more than others may use, but it runs out pretty quickly. Not the best if you're using it for a clean hair look on a "no wash" day. It doesn't do the best job at absorbing your hair's oils. It does an okay job, but I think if someone has actual oily hair, it wouldn't give you the best result. I've found its best for volumizing and doing minor oil cleanup..It is scented, and it is fairly strong. If you are sensitive to fragrance, this is not the product for you.f

GREAT PRODUCT
This was used by someone with dark thick hair looking for hair to smell good after heavy working out and sweating, not to remove too much oil. Yes this product works for dark hair if you shake well and spray 10-12" from head it doesn't leave a white residue. Actually tried several brands from this to very expensive and this worked great. The more expensive brands do remove more oil but they also have a strong chemical smell and leave a white residue. Also, if you have thick hair that you have to straighten the more expensive brands made the hair thicker. This didn't add lots of body which isn't really what you want with thick hair. Now, after purchasing this item I continued looking only because you have to use a good amount and the good scent goes away after a little while. Still an awesome product at a great price.I then found Got2b Oil-licious Dry Oil Hair Taming Mist which is like a dry conditioner. This product is the best ever so I actually no longer use the Garnier because the Got2b product makes your hair smell awesome for a long time and doesn't add too much shine. I think it's one of the best products out there, at least for thick hair since it doesn't add body or remove oil from your hair. Another plus is that it doesn't add too much shine like other shine sprays but does make your hair look healthy and moisturized. Also makes your hair look fantastic while smelling like you just washed it. It does eliminate the burn smell if you flat iron your hair and your hair looks great even if you flat iron after using the product.

Thank you inventer of dry shampoo
There's one thing I don't think any adult get enough of.... Sleep!! When I first discovered dry shampoo a few years ago I was ecstatic to say the least. This meant at least 20 more minutes of sleep a couple times a week! This may not seem like a lot BUT over two months I'm getting a full extra night of sleep.I usually buy salon brand products, my niece is a stylist so she can get them for me at cost. When I'm waiting on my niece I do like Garnier hair products. They're not the cheapest or the most expensive at the market but I can usually wash every other day using their shampoo and conditioner. Using their dry shampoo, I can go 4 days. I went 5 days when I used higher end shampoo and conditioner. This definately works, I think in the future I'll stick to this dry shampoo rather than the pricey salon products. It's not good to wash your hair every day. I have long thick hair. I hang my head upside down, spray this to the roots and use my fingers to spread through my scalp and hair. You don't need to spray all over. I think days 2-4 my hair looks better than the day I wash it.If I didn't use hair sprays and gels I might be able to go a week without washing hmmmmThe bottle is smaller than I thought, it's also cheaper if you get it in the store, but, it's about the convenience. Also, since I've paid triple the price for the salon products I'm glad I stumbled across the Garnier. I would definately buy again

Love this dry shampoo
Have tried dry shampoos in the past and pretty much hated them. But I use and like a great many of the Garnier products and decided to give this one a try. Very glad I did. will always keep this in my arsenal of grooming products from now on.I have smooth, medium length hair that is dyed so I do not like to over-wash my hair as it has a tendency to dry it out. I try to not wash it more than 3-4 times a week. But if I have to go out unexpectedly and my hair has begun to look a bit "limp" this product has saved my behind.I bend over to shake my hair out -- apply a few quick sprays -- wait a few minutes and then brush it out. At first you will see a faint whitish coating but on my hair it brushes out quite easily. It does not seem to make my hair look dull. My hair still stays shiny -- the product just gives it more volume and lift. It also seems to wash out well -- have not noticed any flaking or other negative side effects.I have allergies and am sensitive to strong scents. The odor on this is pretty mild and fairly pleasant. Not sure if this would work equally well on all hair types (it might be harder to brush out on very curly hair) but it works extremely well on mine.
