These cameras were very easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent. Being WiFi we were able to put a camera on our summerhouse at the end of the garden and improve its WiFi strength by bouncing the signal off another camera. The phone app works very well, I was able to keep an eye on our house whilst out the country.

We had problems from the start as the NVR was faulty and would not work. It was very difficult to try and work with customer services as they are not based in the UK and were in a different time zone, plus this had to all be done via Facebook Messenger to Anram. After lengthy texting over a period of weeks and hopeless advice we were finally sent a new NVR which did work. We had to buy separate leads to accommodate front and rear of the house as the leads we were sent were too short, we also had to buy separate antennas as the NVR would not pick up signal on WiFi from my husband’s garden shed. With hindsight we would have sent the whole system back, we only have 3 cameras working out of the 4 and it has been a huge pain to try and sort via text only.

Used this system for out side security. Works well, the system auto connects to cameras when first switched on, and easy to use once set up. However the WiFi gets degraded by the number of brick walls between the transmission and receiver. So make sure you have clean lines of transmission to receiver. The system does have a way of connecting cameras so one that has a bad signal attaches to a good signal camera and then to receiver. It also has one long cable with antenna to help any bad transmission.

After communication with their customer services team I have updated this from a 1 star to 4. They directed me to a completely different app, which is far superior to the 'IP Pro' which was in the instructions. The camera quality is good but I would prefer to not have to use an adaptor for the plugs as they weren't UK however they did work just fine.

So easy to set up. Been looking for 2 weeks without being able to differentiate and sometimes the leader isn’t ideal with 17% people unhappy.This one deserves a chance and so far définitely great value for money. Solid metal casing. Connect automatically. 4 camera is right number for a flat.So pleased I am telling my friend and family to get one. Some might see the lack of one or 2 essential options but I haven’t got there but def want to give followers some confidence in product.

The video quality is superb. Also the ability to use one camera to connect to another which is out of range of the originating WiFi point. The motion detection needs to be improved. It seems to work on changes of luminance and not on objects. You can adjust the sensitivity, so to ensure an important event is not missed, I have increased the sensitivity. The result is many extra recordings which in general are changes in ambiance, sunlight.

Fantastic range of vision. Easy to record even from playback. Several people can view so all my family members can access on their mobile devices. Just recently been on long distance travel and was able to view with no trouble at all. Not been using the trigger notification yet so possibly even more use possible. Highly recommended

Any chance getting a single camera as one of them was faulty. If not we're can i get one from!

Llevo ya unos cuantos meses probandolo y ningún problema.La calidad de imagen es genial, tanto en streaming como en grabación.Puedes configurar alertas que funcionan muy bien junto a la detección de movimiento.En modo visión nocturna puedes ver hasta las moscas pasando por la cámara, la imagen es muy nítida.Se monta fácil, lo único que hay que hacer es darse de alta en la web y configurar el servidor con nuestro router, nada más.Para que os hagais una idea, tengo las camaras distribuidas por las entradas y el jardín, con unos 30m y dos paredes hasta el garaje y la señal es bastante buena (puede que se vaya durante 4-5 segundos, pero es normal forzando tanto la cobertura).

4 cameras delivered in the set . The first became waterlogged in 14 months the second recently. These are not exterior cameras and therefore useless for security monitoring. Very disappointing that I have wasted so much money that I can’t afford to spend again on this product

Es muy fácil de instalar y viene correctamente embalado. Echo solo en falta las instrucciones en español, para clientes que no entiendan el inglés,

Solo acabo de instalar, pero muy bien y fácil lo único por poner algo es que no he encontrado instrucciones en español, me está dando problemas una cámara que se desconecta de vez en cuando y solo cortando la corriente y volviendo a conectar la cámara se conecta al sistema, escribiré al fabricante .Por lo demás muy bien
