Product description Floradix Magnesium liquid is easy to take and helps safeguard magnesium intake. As the magnesium is already dissolved, it is absorbed more quickly by the digestive system compared to tablets. Magnesium is an important element that contributes to normal muscle function. It also helps maintain normal nerve and psychological functions. Ingredients Water, pineapple, pear, mango, apricot, grape, carob extract, apple, lemon. Aqueous herbal extract (34 %) from: camomile flower (Matricaria recutita), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare),bitter orange peel (Citrus aurantium), carrot root (Daucus carota), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea). Magnesium gluconate, honey, magnesium citrate, natural flavours.

Good for tiredness
Like to take this if tiredness is a problem and also helps with night cramps.

Tastes Like Fruit Juice.
This I find helps with tiredness, and is a good addition as most diets are short and it’s used at a cellular level for so many processes. I run a lot, where it’s good for muscle/bone/energy, and at 56 have an eye on future osteoporosis. I do not understand the review that is so vehement re the taste - it tastes like a sharp fruit juice and is actually very pleasant to my palette (and anyone else that I know who tried it). So don’t be put off thinking it tastes vile.

Great product
I have GTPS and was in terrible pain with my muscles throbbing every day, I started taking this and within 3 weeks I am pain free. This honestly works for me, it is pleasant to taste and reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend

Revolting
I hate everything about this vile, revolting product. The taste is so awful (after one sip and loads of gagging) and it stinks. Just awful and VERY expensive. I'd rather boil my own head in oil than take one more sip from this product...all of it discarded on arrival. Just disgusting - vomit inducing.
