Does a great job of keeping light in except where the intake fans can be placed at the bottom where light seeps through the seams, also I'm always having to open it back up just to move the inside seam flaps so light does not leak, heat leak is okay apart from where the light is hanging where you can feel the heat patch but I guess that cannot be prevented unless you get an air cooled light holder thing (can't remember what there called).It is a little unsturdy when setup but while assembling and the tent is not on the frame there is no sturdiness... One last thing that is bad is that the top bars easily fall off when your moving them, so you have to be precisely straight when moving them.Came with instructions.
