Outdoor Power Stake for Yard & Garden with 6 Outlets and 9 Foot Extension Cord - 14/3 SJTW

This is the second timer I have purchased with the 6' cord and 6 outlets. I live in a rural area so there aren't any street lights so I provide my own. I have white strands of lights all around my back yard (about 50 + strands) so when my little dogs go out at night, I can see them as well as coyotes, bob cats, deer, etc. I use these timers to cut the lights on at 9 pm and off at 12 am. They are waterproof and I can use them to provide power to my fountains, lights, blowers, weed eaters. They are awesome and the stakes are strong enough to put deep into the ground for support! Will buy again.Update: I have bought this item twice and I love it except it quit working even though it was a few months old. I contacted the Seller and they are replacing it at no charge. Will buy from this Seller again.

Works as advertised. Although initally I thought it was broken. The timer works by raising the pins to make the “on” times and depressing the pins for “off” times. This is different than many timers where you only raise the pins for on and off. I took the time to read the directions and the inital problems I had disappeared.The beat part about this is your can literally make this timer turn on and off every 15 minutes if needed.

I really like this product. Just push the pins down for on time and pull up for off time. I used a small jeweler's screwdriver to lift the pins. Set the current time by turning the dial clockwise then make sure the box is plugged in and turned on ( a red indicator light lets you know it's on). Been using it now several days for my Christmas lights -- on at 6 pm and off at midnight. Unit is very stable however it's best to hold the unit while plugging in a cord or removing it. It's rated for outdoor use however I put a gallon size freezer bag over it to keep it dry.

I used this item for outdoor Christmas lights. The product worked well, the stake is plastic but still sturdy enough to be pushed into our landscaping rocks. This product made it through a tough Wisconsin winter and still works just as well as the day we got it.

The timer on this is completely useless, although we did figure out how to set it without and included instruction manual.Works fine as a power strip, but if you want your lights timed consider another product.

After trying digital, or other little more advanced devices, I got back to this manual. So far has been working great. Does the job. I would like to see of course the on or off button (that was a little of guessing getting it started).

Awesome product - easy to assemble and set up - all my Christmas lights are now connected to this stake - I set up the timer and now don't have to worry about turning the lights on or off. Design seems durable and 6 outlets are plenty. Best part is that it has a switch to turn the power off completely - no need to unplug. I am recommending this product!

We used these during Christmas to plug in multiple light. We loved it because we did not have to turn them on and off at night. We could probably use these for other things when we have outdoor adventures that have electrical hookup.
