I was afraid it would be more of a fat melting type of belt and not provide support; but I was glad about my purchase and the support it provides. It gives great lover back support and also very well support in the lower abdomen. I have weak core muscles and this helps. I also recommend if you had a baby recently and are getting back into working out; this is a belt that will help with core workouts and protect you from injury or muscle tears.

I have had pain (ranging from twinges to terrible) between my waist and my hip since an unfortunate incident that happened during physical therapy a few years ago. This belt arrived today and it is literally saving my back (and the feeling in my hip area) already. I was wearing a sacroiliac belt but it only helped a little. Right now I am pain free. This belt is truly amazing! It seems to be taking the pressure off of something in there and I am hoping I might finally be able to start healing now. The best part is, right now, I feel good. It's also comfortable to wear as stated.

Love this thing!! Put it on for a hour it improved my movement, the pain I usually get when I turn or bend was eliminated while wearing I put it on while running 🏃🏽‍♀️ & I have 2 bulging lower discs, when I took it off I took a deep sign of relief not because it was tight but I felt so much better as if it stretched my back muscles!! I immediately jump back on here and ordered the black one for my son who also have lower back pain.. I may get another just for a stand by to leave in my gym locker. UPDATE ******I still stand behind what I said previously about this back brace “BUT” after wearing it 5 times for approx. 3-4 hrs the plastics support bones ripped through the edges & threads around the of entire band are starting to fray.. so I subtracted stars because it need stronger & triple threading and I only run a mile this would definitely shred on someone who distance run or even do a 45 min workout for 3days I wanted to purchase more but I don’t want to re-enforce something that should already come securely intact. I will keep both because It’s hard to find one to fit my short torso and this does so I’ll fix it myself.

I'm a nurse that gets bad migraines, have slight pain in my lower back, and need to work on my posture. I wear this on my 12 hour shifts and it is really comfortable. It straightens my back out (which I notice may have slight lordosis) and relieve that twitch of constant pain in my lower back. Plus the orange color is so bright an inviting to me while still hiding seamless under my scrubs. You really can't tell its even there (unless you gotta go poop, then yeah, take it off). It doesn't slide much either but I do find myself pulling it down slightly throughout the day.

I have fibromyalgia, sciatica, and arthritis in my spine, which is quite painful and makes doing even minor tasks impossible. With this support I am able to work longer more comfortably. It hugs the back, holding the spine in place and putting pressure on aching muscles.

good support, passed wear test, not as flexible as my other brace and very important to have proper size. i followed size chart and did not do my usual order of M and am glad that I did as there was not much room for error

Great back support! I needed to purchase 1 size larger than I normally wear, but other than that, happy with purchase.
