I can't explain how satisfied I am with this purchase. It is really easy to use, just take it out of the package and update it. After updating it, I used it in my Toyota Echo 2005 because I suspected it was misfiring. This OBD II scanner showed me exactly what I thought the problem was, P0300, P0301 and P0302. That helped to test the ignition coils and find out #1 and #2 were not properly working. I just ordered a 4 pack of new ignition coils and after replacing them I'll use the scanner again and see how it goes.Easy to read and erase codes. Believe me, it will save you hundreds and the best part is that it only costs me around $35.

I recently got a check engine light in my car. I brought it into the dealership but they wanted to charge me money just to tell me what the issue is. All they do is plug in one of these readers into the port. I decided to get my own reader and save not only my money but also the hassle of going into the mechanic. This reader did the job well and I was able to diagnose the issue all by myself!

I’m no pro at cars, but purchased this in the hopes of being able to read what lights on my dashboard are for without having to take the car to a shop each time(so I know when I actually need to take it in). I don’t have any active codes, but plugged it in to make sure I knew how, and it seems fairly easy to navigate the screen. The process of getting it plugged in was simple as well.

It's just You're basic scanner. Very limited.And hard to get the updates

This is a good scanner for price. Very basic, And easy to use. Great for diagnosing car and light truck, check engine lights. Easy to use, plug it in and solve your automobile problems.

Good item, very easy to use, very functionally, menu very clear, the size is too much for this scanner but is comfort to use.

I returned it due to the fact that is would only see the right o2 sensor and not both in my 03 Ford. I need all the data.

After the initial download, the unit worked beautifully. I like that it can be updated in the future.
