Poor Sound Quality
I bought two of these headsets and unfortunately regret the purchase. One of them had an issue with the sound quality. The second had a really bad issue with feedback that the other party would hear. I tried using them on several different computers and unfortunately ran into the same issue.

Crackling noise
I have constant crackling noise regardless if I'm using my iPhone or HP computer. Very distracting.
