Terrible
So angry. Cannot believe this was tampered with. Arrived without the ball. Plastic seal had been torn, and the tennis ball accessory was removed. How awful. Gave as a gift and gift wrapped not knowing~ opening before hand. I'm furious.

To much pumping needed.Great product for kids and animals to have fun, but not older adults.

Crappy. Does not launch the ball any further than I can throw it, even with a torn rotator cuff!

May be defective
I agree with another reviewer. We got this item as a Christmas gift for our pup. A few pumps to get power we think it'll work and then you hear the air pressure deflate. We've tried many times with multiple balls and cant get it to throw past 5-10 feet. We've tried adjusting anything we could and nothing has worked. 5 thumbs down on this :(

I didn't buy this off amazon, but at TJ Maxx but noticed there were no reviews and figured I'd should do one. I bought this when my puppy was very young thinking he would only use it when he was older. I was wrong. He loved it from day one. It took a while for him to be able to chase the ball (he had some troubles following things with his eyes) but now he is awesome at it. He does sometimes like to just bark and jump at the shooter rather than chase the ball but fun is had all around. It does shoot very far - I'd say probably about 45 feet, so if you have the room in your backyard this will be awesome. My dog will chase the ball for hours, even if he doesn't always remember to bring it back. It is a bit hard to pump up sometimes and get a good shot out of it, but you get the hang of knowing when it will shoot well, you'll feel a lot of resistance in the pump. Don't hesitate. Buy this now

I got mine from an outside source, Fred’s Market in Mississippi, but found it good enough to look for to gift friends.I had a problem where it had no power, but just cleaned out the ball holder part (just wiped clean, no disassembly).The trigger got stuck, but with a clean wiped surface and some Pam cooking spray, it was ready for use.Pump up time does vary, depending on the ball health (which is limited by my White German Shepards chewing of it)But tennis balls are relatively cheap.I hope this helps anyone looking to buy or has a problem with their blaster.
