Works well on preventing UTI
I've been taking this on a daily basis. My meds were causing me to get a UTI off and on during the year. So far since taking this and its been months now and I've been fine so far.

Highly Recommended - two products in one!
Uncharted waters with UTI and all the recommendations point to cranberry and cranberry extract in daily diet. This has been a persistent occurrence over the last several months and I was going through craisins like crazy and had added a cran supplement during that time. They seemed to help with controlling a current infection but didn’t seem to prevent the recurrence of urinary tract infection. For immunity and to prevent reinfection, I was directed to a separate prebiotic product with spore-forming bacteria that I’ve been using for a few months. I found this product that includes both, cranberry extract with prebiotics and probiotic to help the recurrence issue. It has been very effective at controlling my infection and I have now added this to my daily routine because I love that it gives me two products for one! Hope to post on recurrence in the coming months..
