Love the bottle. So easy to brew tea in it and cleaning it is a breeze.

First time I used it, it leaked scalding hot water all over the place. I checked to see that it was screwed on properly, and it was...nothing was improperly assembled. It appears to simply be poor quality material. Returning and buying something that actually performs its intended function.

This is not insulated and I found it difficult to use for hot beverages. Both ends open which can be dangerous as I found out. I was making hot tea and held onto the bottom while trying to open the top and the bottom opened instead allowing hot water to pour over my hand. Also the glass gets very hot so it’s difficult to hold on to in any area except the top and bottom where the lids are. It also leaks. I am returning as it doesn't suit my needs.

horrible material, low quality, leaks all water! unfortunately I could not return because I bought it when I was in the USA on vacation and I only used it when I returned to Brazil! I do not indicate

Great for a cold tea or coffee!

Very excited to get the bottle it came on time and very well packaged. I did not like it it leaked. The top leaks the bottom leaks. Even after fixing the rubber lining didn't help. I tried adjusting it multiple times but it did not work. It also had a factory defect on it

I like the look. But u can’t really use it at all. It leaks. And wasted my whole tea on it. Honestly i need my money back
