I have received the replacement internal active carbon filter. It is just as described. There were problems with the mail system in getting the item delivered, but that was not the fault of the manufacturer. I am so happy they worked with me to get it delivered. Thanks so much. I will order again as needed. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought my water ionizer here through Webetop last year. It worked really well and I was satisfied that I purchased this product over a more expensive product like Tygent or the MLM brand. BUT as soon as it was time to replace the filter the machine broke. It glitches out, doesn't taste well and I have lost all confidence in allowing my family to drink this water. Buyers beware, there is no online resource to review the installation process (in case there is a weird button sequence that meant to be punched). In fact, they have more information on their power supply than they do this product. Lesson learned. From now on I'll be buying from a brand that only sells water filtration products and is not a variety store.
