Excellent for off season clothing and blanket storage.

They are just the right size for a blanket or duvet, or those out of season clothes, or even yarn or fabrics. Other reviews have mentioned that the bags smell strong, and while I am quite sensitive to scents, I did not find these smelled any worse than, say, a new vinyl shower curtain. But if your own nose tells you they need to be aired before use, then you do that.Anyway, these are not flimsy or thin, and the zipper works fine. They do what they're meant to do.

I am going to try to get the odor out of the bags before use. I purchased them for blankets and mattress pads, but I fear that the odor will transfer to the clean linens. I will advise if I am successful in getting rid of the odor. If anyone has, please advise. TYI've upgraded my opinion since I have gotten rid of most of the odor. I "hung" each bag on a kitchen chair back for a few days and then I left a dryer sheet in them for a few days. The twin mattress pads and blankets fit very well in the size I selected. I do hope the items smell good when removed from the bags.

The bags are nice and sturdy. The zipper works well. I love the size, it is exactly what I need for organizing my fabrics, yarn, and all kinds of craft projects. In the beginning though, the vinyl is really stinky! The odor is so pungent, I don't know how anyone would dare to store anything in those bags before allowing them to off-gas. It's understandable that some people hate that and give them a bad review. Maybe the manufacturer should put a big label on the package "Air out for at least a week before using the bags!" I took a picture to show how I did that. It wouldn't be enough to lay them around and hope for the best. If you hate any chemical odors, you need to open the bag in a way that the air can go in and out, and leave the bags in a well ventilated room for a while. I actually had to wait for two weeks before they became satisfactory for me. With all that trouble I still give them 5 stars because they are exactly what I needed and I am going to buy another pack.

Very nice value for these sturdy storage bags. I was pleased with quality for the price. They will fit a sweater that is folded but I got them to use for storing wool fiber. I use a lot of wool fibers and wool yarns in crafting and I like to buy in bulk when I find a sale so these are perfect to store my extra roving and wool batts in. They zip tight enough to keep the wool safe from moth invasions and are easily stacked on a shelf so I find the different color or type of wool I want to use. I think they would be great for storing Christmas stuff in also or anything smallish that needs storing but careful handling.I am getting more of them because I found that they are the perfect size to to store my handmade wool needle felted dolls and ornaments. I can see what's in the bags and the items are kept clean and dust free while waiting to be sold at craft shows or on Etsy.

The vinyl is nice and thick. It keeps out moths and such, as well as dust. Unfortunately, one of the zippers has already broken and I’ve used it about ten times. Would’ve perfect with a sturdier zipper.

Good for storage. Strong enough.
