John Wayne Spice Rub, Chicken, 2.7 Ounce

Oh my...this is great. Has mild curry flavors. Just love it. Can't find it in grocery in south florida. So happy to find it here.Bought also pok and beef rub. Haven't tried yet

I started with this spice last year and forgot where I purchased it. Thank You Amazon for having this. Disappointed that the beef spice is sooooo expensive and not the same as the others. Also ship was not the best one jar came in with cracked lid but thank goodness I can use my spare jar of chicken on the cracked one.

My wife and I love what we call "JW Chicken". Its ALL ABOUT the rub! Coat boneless skinless chicken thighs in EVOO, garlic powder + shake on rub on both sides and cook to your liking. For a dozen thawed thighs I would suggest 400 degrees for 16 minutes. To jazz it up do the oven cooking process on a bed of thinly sliced onions & mushrooms (EVOO coated). This completes the dish. Enjoy!

You need to try this spice. It is very refreshing on chicken.

Meh... awful expensive and not that great...

I bought this rub as a gift for the John Wayne fan in my life. The novelty of these rubs is great and is a guarantee to please any fan. You can't get these from any grocery store. I don't know about the taste, as I gave these as gifts, but you really can't beat the thoughtfulness of this product for a western film fan.
