Bought these as they seemed reasonable value and I wanted to trial a NY style giant cookie.They are not very sturdy and would buckle under slight duress but for making cookies they are fine. I greased the pans with butter and used some parchment on the bottom and with a little persuasion with a palette knife I was able to turn the cookies out. Not sure how non stick they would be If you don’t line them.I got a deep, crisp on the outside, gooey in the middle perfect bake. Overall I’m happy as this suits my needs. I am selling these cookies in my bakery.As for a pizza pan, don’t use it! But a Pizza stone it will change your life and it’s the ONLY way to bake Pizza in a domestic oven.

Really not great only had a week or 2 but first time I used them black coating started to come off.
