Used these for trimming the outside edge of handmade stuffed animals . Worked fine, but I’ve had better.

First and foremost the scissors work. They are sharp enough to cut through at least a double layer of painters drop cloth. Pinking sheers are always heavy so they are heavy as expected. The handles are covered with a cushioning material as shown. My only complaint is that they are NOT SPECIFICALLY for lefties. They are a generic left or right use pair of scissors. For the cost, I am not disappointed but I really did want a pair made for a leftie. I'd purchase another pair if needed and I would use this seller again if needed. The 4 stars is only because they are generic for either hand and I wish they had been labeled as such. A molded pair for left would have been more comfortable and possibly easier to use.

These are good, heavy-duty pinking shears which cut a variety of fabrics. I've always had issues with sourcing a good left handed pair, and these are the first ones that have arrived easily and with little to no fuss. With all the COVID-19 mask making I've been doing in days of late, this purchase was a much needed investment with all the cotton, linen and other natural fabrics that like to ravel on me. This literally cuts my fabric waste to a minimum.Upon arrival, they cut fairly cleanly, and the hinge is sturdy enough for a number of uses, but they dull rather quickly, so be sure to find someplace which sharpens them like I had to. Call ahead, and keep an open mind; my local kitchen store wound up sharpening them when my sewing shop refused.

They arrived to tight, would not open easily, but my husband loosened them and now they're fine.

They work well for left handed people. Only problem is they tend not to cut the full length of the blade. Unfortunately most pinking shears are like that. Overall, very good for occasional use and a good value for the price.

Love this and the ease of use. Very sharp and cuts easily for my left handedness. My previous pinking scissors was dull for years and every time I tried to use it I couldn't get it to cut. When I saw this scissors I was excited to try. What a difference it made. It cuts easily and goes through whatever I choose. I highly recommend this scissors.I will buy again maybe to have an extra.

I am left-handed and have small hands but it is still easy and comfortable to cut fabric with.

I bought these as a gift for a left handed dressing friend. She is very pleased with them. No more struggling with right handed scissors.

Easily cuts through a variety of materials, and the pinking cuts well without tearing or shearing forces.Hinge point is not loose at all, and provides for a good cut.The pinking makes it very easy to follow lines without the material migrating off your line.

So frustrating when you when for a product and it’s wrong.
