V D Mahajan s better from exam point of view though this is more of a research and reference book the does en karte your understanding of the subject and the manner in which it has grown walon with names and ideational contribution of the researchers

Its a good book with simple language... but more for LLM courses... for me Dias,Llyod,Bodenhymer is enough for LLM jurisprudence
