1938 Back In The Day - 24-page Greeting Card / Booklet with Envelope

I used this book as a decoration for my mom’s birthday party.We decorated dollar store frames and put individual pages in frames. You can make copies of the black and white sides to be able to fill more frames.The frames made cute and interesting table decorations and each guest got to take one home as a party favor. Then I mail the group picture to put in the frame. Everybody loved them!

When I gave my friend her present, she informed me her birth year was 1939, not 1938. She gave the card back to me so I am holding it in case I meet someone whose birthday is in that year. I never took the cellophane off to look at the pages so cannot comment on quality or design of the card. Sorry

I ordered the 1939 card and was sent the 1938 card. I looked at my order to see if I messed up. My ordered showed that I ordered correctly, that being 1939. When I checked 5 minutes later my order history showed that I ordered the 1938 card. hmmm. I ordered the 1939 card AGAIN and hope the correct card arrives.

Fairly quick delivery. However; the print was so tiny, my 80 yr. old Aunt (1938) could not read the captions. Very small photos, too.

what can i say, its just a book of stuff from 80 years ago, but a good gift to supplement other present for an 80 year old. 80 year olds don't need many things they dont already have, so this is a fun idea.
