I received a grey clock instead of a red one and also it doesn’t chime :( Did this happen to anyone else? My 4 year old is super bummed.

I received the red color. It plays a melody and the little lever ticks back and forth. It is a sweet clock but doesn’t chime. It never said it did when I ordered it
