I was starting to show some bald spots on the crown of my head. The GBG powder did help to fill those areas. I think it would be a lot easier to use if it came in some sort of a spray bottle or a pump. I will continue to use it. It makes me less self conscious. I personally would recommend using a color a little bit darker than your own hair. Thank you GBG!

I have always had pretty fine hair and naturally blonde, very light. Now that I am over 50, I find that it can look thin in some areas around my temples and part. I also had melanoma cancer on my scalp over my ear 12 years ago which has left me with a bald spot the size of a half dollar, My color is part grey as well, so I was not sure what to do to help camouflage this, I tried using eyeshadow as one person recommended, I considered getting a hair topper, but they are expensive and hot, something I don't need with my lovely menopause sweats. I debated on getting this, figuring it would flake or dust onto my face throughout the day.I LOVE THIS!!! I chose the blonde color, and it is as good of a match as I think I can get without mixing grey/white with blonde. I just tap a small amount along my hairline at my temples and along my part to my crown. I have noticed that it adds body and texture to my hair, completely covers any skin that shows through and does not run, flake, dust, nothing. It stays put 100% It doesn't come off on my pillowcase and it washes out easily with one shampoo. Our son is getting married this June and I was starting to get concerned about making my hair look fuller and thicker and this is what I will be using, I will get the other colors so that I can make my platinum color blend into the powder, (I am not as platinum right now but will be then). The blonde color is a nice, neutral blonde, not yellow or red. I don't have a large area to cover so I cannot attest to that but for my temples and part and my bald spot where I had my melanoma surgery it works perfectly, It is also a larger size than the Topix that is sold for the same use. I have not used TOPIX, it was too expensive. This is a great value, and you really cannot put a price on feeling self-confident because you know you look great!

Just tried it for the first time today. I showered and blow dried my hair. I washed my hair with a normal Keratin shampoo as usual and it leaves no residue to hold on to so my hair was clean and didn't have any product to attach to and it still worked really well on the crown of my head. I have terrible thinning right where my hair splits and have tried to use products to thicken and volumize my hair along with teasing it which makes my hair more damaged so I hate doing that but otherwise I have a big portion of my head exposed. I simply dashed the bottle on those spots and it looked so full and covered!

After many, many years of dying my hair brown every 5 weeks I decided enough was enough. I felt it was time to let it go gray. It takes a long time for the dyed hair to grow out. Much to my surpise, I never realized my scalp was so pink and that my natural hair was very white. not to mention how much my hair has thinned over the years. And of course the thinnest part is the crown.My pink scalp was like a beacon. I was very self-conscious.I found this product on Amazon and it had such great reviews I had to try it. What a life saver! It covers my very pink scalp and makes the crown of my head look so much fuller. I am very pleased with this product and give an A plus rating, My only regret is that I is that I wish I had a ordered one shade darker. But other that ,I love it.

I think I need a little more experience applying this product, but I already think this works well to hide thinning areas around the hairline. I ordered light brown, and it was a little lighter in color than I expected.
