Very useful, practical book.
A very informative book for anyone wishing to learn or improve their Roto Art skills for the visual effects industry. Covers the key software that you could use (although it doesn't look at using Nuke for this, it does cover Silluette, After Effects and Mocha), and covers the processes and best practice for how to Roto effectively for the best use of your time. Easy to read, and he also has a sense of humour so it won't be sat on your shelf if you genuinely want to learn this skill. Highly recommend for practitioners or people wanting the entry level job for compositing today.

Must have for all roto artists!
I bought this book to help prepare me for a training course and the vfx industry. Its fantastic! I will keep this as my roto bible! I also met Benjamin Bratt who is a bit nuts but a fantastic guy who loves roto and is damn good at it.

Good resource
Really helpful book. But, do not buy the eBook, the pictures have a really bad quality and most of them end up being pretty useless as you cannot identify the edges of the shapes in the given examples.
