All cards are printed on 8" x 6" 270gsm high gloss card before being packed with a pure white diamond flap envelope and inserted into a hard back brown envelope for extra protection. Please note that once you have filled in your personalisation and submitted your order you DO NOT need to contact us as we cannot respond to everyone due to work volume. Please be careful what you send us as we will NOT chase up afterwards due to being extremely busy and we WILL print exactly what we receive. We will not make any assumptions to spellings that you send us whether we think it is incorrect or not especially with names and so the onus is on you to get it right. **Please do NOT order for an event which falls before the latest estimated delivery date that you have been provided with by before you place your order. We will not take any responsibility if you do this and the item does not arrive on time and we will not issue a refund for your order as you have made the decision to order** If your order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, please do not open a case or A-Z claim with as we are more than happy to resolve your problem. Opening a claim with will greatly slow down the process whereas direct contact with us will see your problem sorted very quickly. Good quality. And amazing speedily delivery
I ordered this card on Sunday evening it came Tuesday morning. Amazing speed, so thank you guys. What a beautiful card it is too. My 2 yrs old granddaughter is everything unicorns. She will absolutely love this. It’s a really good quality card. When I need more. I definitely will be looking for this particular company for birthday cards etc. I still can not get over the speed. It came quicker than the start of extimated delivery date. When I placed order it said between the 11th—13th December, I am so pleased it was delivered before the 11th now if that not what you call brilliant then I don’t know what is. Especially this time of the year awesome

I ordered the card late Friday night and it arrived today, 5 days earlier than stated and well in time for Christmas.The card is of excellent quality and I am so pleased I purchased it especially as it is personalised. I would have no qualms in purchasing from the company again - well done.

Not as nice as expected, poor quality so thin it doesn't stand nicely bends so easily using the fingers ..really disappointed 😞
