This is a nice camera. I love the poe, so efficient. The customer service via email is super helpful. Advanced functions can be complicated.

Never got it to work with xeoma. Returned it and got a different 4k Poe camera which works great.

I just built out a DW Spectrum system with 34 cameras and went with 32 of these cameras. These technically do 4K but you can't use them with 30 FPS. I didn't realize that till I had got them and ran into issues with the DW Spectrum software. But through hours of trial and error I was able to successfully implement them and they work great! I just tell the software that I will pull the camera settings from the camera and not let the software dictate the camera settings. I am able to do 1 step down from 4K at 30 FPS, which is super clear, and be able to pull color from the typical IR for night mode on some that have sufficient lighting, which is super cool! I have noticed some glitches here and there but overall I'm pretty impressed!Photos: First 2 are of our gate entrance (day and night with color), the last 2 are of a section with a day view and a night view with IR Mode on. Depending on lighting you can change the camera settings to do IR Mode or not.

Be careful to research your camera before buying like I did. I did not notice that at 4K this camera DROPS frames per second (fps) to 15 -> meaning choppy video, and perhaps LOST images --> search for this little nugget of truth.... 15fps@8MP(3840x2160). If I wanted Choppy video, I would by a cheaper camera like this one!

I got this to replace my 5mp camera hoping it would give me a much better picture. Sadly no. It was a little better but with a wider viewing area. For me it wasn’t worth the money so I sent it back. Not as great as I expected.

Setup is a little technical so make sure to have a geek handy if your not savvy yourself. Otherwise a decent camera for the price.

Bought a total of 4 of these to use on a home install system. Being a brand I hadn’t heard of or used before I was a bit dubious but this was quickly put to rest once I had installed them. Setup was quick and simple, user interface is clean and effective. Image quality is very good and setup running at 4K recording @ 15fps constant and no issues or problems. Even though I purchased the fixed lens cameras (I.e. not PTZ or zoom feature) due to the quality of the image you can digital zoom and even then quality is still comparatively clear. The only issue I had was that one of the cameras had some slight condensation inside (It is in a location where it gets battered by the weather and a sea breeze) however I contacted customer support who replied quickly and it was exchanged with a replacement within a couple of days by very helpful customer support.Father in law has seen the cameras so will be doing another system for him in the coming months too.

Nice and light, works out of the box, good quality picture, good night picture images, some weakness of elimination around edges but it only has two infrared lamps but ok for most home users, good purchase. Works with my Hikvision recorder out of the box. Comes with software disk and fixing screws.

Bought this to live stream the peregrine nest on Lincoln Cathedral. It's working well - great picture!

This product was purchased for an art gallery and the quality is very good. Metal casing, good night vision and adoptability.What I didn't like was the complications in changing the default IP address.
