Squishy...good
Perfect amount of squish and the gel provides an initial cooling sensation that'll have you sleeping before you know it. Included cover leaves something to be desired (too warm, doesn't compliment the cooling gel like ice silk would) but the cover is replaceable.

Not as good as it was 5 years ago
The synthetic smell is terrible. The cooling gel is not as cool as the one I bought 5 years ago that I meant to replace for this “newer version.” It is the exact brand, it’s just more cheaply made this time around.

Had high hopes
As a back sleeper, this pillow ended up being too firm for my preferences. I wanted to like it especially since a family member has a pillow from SensorPEDIC but after several tries and neck discomfort, I gave up and returned it. I didn't find the cooling side particularly cooling either.

Product smell is horrible, i don't imagine how someone would sleep from the smell.
