The best for easy use and portability!
Just like my old one. I love it! I turn it on till it's melted, then I turn it off AND UNPLUG it. I wait until the wax cools enough to have a decent gets a skin on top. Then I push my hand down to the bottom to stretch out my carpal tunnel. Almost cured my achy hands until the last one broke from 10 years usage. Best price just about anywhere for this unit. Not really big enough to put your feet in but OK for toes or heel. The way our use it is uncommon but I was trained on the professional units at my job of many years. It can be too hot for sensitive skin with people on pride prednisones.

Great for arthritic hands but takes a long time to warm up!
I love this product. It does exactly what it advertises and I bought a second one for my sister. So the only real complain I have is it take more than six hours to heat the wax and have the little light turn green to say its ready. It's not something you would just leave on as hot wax is very dangerous. So if you need to use it every morning, then I suggest you turn it on before bed and it will be ready in the am. However, for safety's sake, insure this is on a very stable surface and no where it can be slid off. It does not tip at all so that isn't a problem.

Didn't help my arthritis.
It may work for other people, but it didn't do anything to help me. It felt nice for about 30 seconds until the wax dried, but then - well, there you are with cold wax all over your hands. I returned it.

Best of the best
The Homedics pariffin spa is perfect for me. My hand has a problem with a disease you have never heard of, Dupytren's, see, you have never heard of it and combined with arthritis, this wax is perfect to relieve pain and makes my hand(s) come out looking like a 23 year old woman and I am a guy much much older than that. Help for my wifes hands
