Very cute Halloween plates
I ordered this set of 4 Halloween ceramic plates for a Halloween party. When I received them I was happy to see how colorful and cute they really are and would have ordered another set, but I am not sure if they are food safe. The description describes them as "decorative" plates, which to me means they are for display but not eating on them. I also wonder why the description says they must be hand washed and not put in the dishwasher. I did run them through the dishwasher when I received them and they came out just fine, but I don't know if over time they will crumble or the color will wear away. Too many unknowns for me to be willing to buy more. But if you want cute dishes for a Halloween display, these are the cutest non-gruesome plates I have seen this year, and I will use them for that purpose.
