Some of this was excellent
The balloons, chinese lanterms and banner were great. The globes that 'folded back' were also good. The tissue paper balls were poorly designed an impossible to put together well and looked a mess. I ended up putting them in the bin. But as a set for new year, it worked pretty well and only one of the set was poor.
