While on a princess cruise I had an AMAZING GF Yorkshire Pudding. So, when I got home I looked for a GLUTEN FREE Yorkshire Pudding mix… yours came up first, excited, I quickly ordered it. Didn’t realize my error until it arrived. Sadly I won’t be able to enjoy them.

Aunt Bessie Falls Short.
Made these and had hoped for pudding as served in England. It was “so-so.” I wouldn’t buy it again. Expensive for what it is and how it falls short of what was expected.

Grew up in Manchester England. Use to have these as a child i loves Yorkshire puds my stepfathers father my grandad sort of. Made the best Yorkshire puddings ever. These are very much like the ones he made. Excellent to find these here on amazon. Thanks.

Metric Directions & overcooked
I was so hopeful! Maybe it was me, but I read the directions and did all the metric conversions. Makes 12! Too many for my husband and I, so I halved the recipe. Made 4? Smelled great, but came out way overdone. Maybe I didn't decrease the baking time enough for half batch. All and all a disappointing outcome! Maybe you'll fare better.
