Identiv SCR3310v2.0 USB Smart Card Reader

I'm doing a contracting job right now where I need to remote into a virtual desktop using a smartcard. My company issued an IOGear GSR202, which has caused nothing but trouble when I'm connected to my AVD from my Mac. I'm constantly having to remove and reinsert my card, and occasionally the Windows AVD won't even recognize the reader, forcing me to sign out and sign back in. It's been a time-consuming process.I decided to try this card reader since the price was right. Great decision! This card reader is excellent. It feels a bit snappier than the IOGear one, but it also works great with the Windows AVD when I'm connected from my Mac. The driver install was quite simple, and now I'm able to easily authenticate on the virtual desktop without a problem. I'm very happy with this purchase and wanted to let anyone else who may have had problems with the situation I was in know that your problems can be resolved with this card reader.

I was able to download the needed certificates I needed and plug -n- play worked as soon as I connected to my computer. Small but effective reader I was able to mount under my desk with the slotted mount holes preinstalled , I did put a piece of double sided tape to help prevent movement when inserting and removing the card.Overall great product.

Works perfectly with my windows and my Mac's it's easy to pack away. I wish it had a way to mount it to the laptop. Like maybe a small piece of Velcro or a clip.. otherwise it works as it's supposed to

Works perfectly with DOD sites. No lag, card stays secure. Perfect little reader.

The item itself works just fine, but it does not do for me what I was told it would, which is on me and the person who misguided me.

nothing wrong with it and easy to set up and use. Reader works perfectly and I would buy another one if this broke .I would also recommend to anyone looking to buy one to have personally.
