I purchased the at the bride/groom glasses for our vow renewal. My husband is a recovering alcoholic so I wanted something that didn't look so much like "drink" glasses for our toast. These are perfect.

I purchased 2 glasses. They arrived quickly,The etching was perfect!It ship by USPS and they were wrapped in the small bubble wrap but, the box flaps on the box did not flat against the rest of the box.Then box was put in a paper like envelope with fragile on the outside of the envelope.To my surprise it arrived undamaged. Figured it might have been intentional to prevent stacking anything on top of it.One glass was smaller than the other. They were really smudged up.I went to clean them and noticed the inside of the glasses were irregular causing weaving feeling around the sides of the glasses.The glasses are either dollars store quality or irregulars.They are definitely not giftable nor worth the money that I paid for them.I contacted customer service and after few emails trying described the issue they are approving the return at my cost and said they will give a full refund.But told me “ all our glasses are like that, even you pick another vendor glasses will be like this”I have purchased many personalize glasses and have never received such poor quality like these.Normally if there is imperfection, like bubbles it is noted in the description and the description of these glasses did note any imperfections.

I bought 2 glasses for a couple who just got married and wanted both their names on each glass. The order request that I put exactly how I wanted the glasses etched. I put that their names be larger than the "and" in between, but the font is large block letters for it all. Not at all like the picture in the ad.

What a great personalizable gift!!! Very nice but just fyi there were loose tiny glass shards like a dust in the etching when it arrived. Would be nice if the producer dusted off the glass shard powder before sending. Does not come in gift box. Still very happy with my purchase!
