This is a great steam cleaner! Bought it to use on our tile floors.Can go right along the wall. Versatile swivel head. Goes flat for getting under the bed. Automatically delivers appropriate amount of steam (you don't have to keep hitting the steam release). Floors dry quickly. Long cord. Lightweight.I was disconcarted at first as I ordered "Luukmonde" & the steamer says "Sason". + the packaging label is written in Chinese & has a Chinese address. I thought "oh dear".I know we get lots of things from China but this is in your face obvious. I hope the people that made it aren't slave labor in deplorable conditions. 😢 Probably naive & ignorant of me.

I must say the directions for using this product are some of the worst I have ever read. They are in need of a technical editor. Put the directions together instead in between warning and cautions would be a good start. When they say see fig. E, there should be a fig. E. The figures have numbers not letters. No mention of figures with numbers. The machine puts down lots of water and not much steam. I used it 30 minutes ago and the tile is still wet. The cleaning cloth is dripping wet. They tell you to look at page 18 and there are only 17 pages. You can certainly tell this was made in China probably at a sweat shop. No pride of ownership.Good thing it i# cheap, but now I know why.

I have had several steam cleaners and bought this one due to the customer reviews. There are things I like about it.First, the electrical cord is long. It glides easily over my tile floors. It also heats up quickly.Things I don't like about this item is the lack of finding additional microfiber pads to go with it. It also does not clean well along the baseboards. The pads are very thin and get dirty quickly, thus the need to buy more pads. Also, you cannot use any type of solvent or cleaner in this one; only water. The power button if not pushed dead center tends to stick.If it broke today, I would not buy it again.

I chose this steam mop because 1) it had good user reviews, and 2) it was rated in the top 10 among other steam mops on a review website (ranked #3, specifically). I wanted a steam mop that was for hard floors and carpet. The good news is, my floor did feel tremendously cleaner after steam mopping. But I really wanted the versatility and this mop is described to have a snap-on carpet glider, but it does not snap on. You can merely rest the mop head in the glider. I find that odd. I also found that the pads' velcro doesn't line up quite right with the mop head, unless you put it on loosely. Yet, I didn't have any trouble with it staying on while mopping, so that wasn't a problem. Still, it would have been a better design if the pads secured differently--like, perhaps had elastic straps or fitted all the way around the mop head. Eventually that velcro is going to break down and not work, so then how will the pads stay on? For $70, could've been designed better.UPDATE (1/17/22): As predicted in my original review, the velcro on the mop covers break down and rip off easily. I ended up sewing on elastic bands that fit around the mop. Unfortunately, after 3 years of use, it suddenly won't produce enough steam to clean. It turns on, it steams lightly, but very little pressure going on. I've tried cleaning for clogs, but there was no improvement. Just another hunk of junk for the landfill after a short life. What a travesty.

Needed help to snap steam head to the handle. Did not produce much steam and left a layer of water over the floor that took 40 minutes to dry. The steam mop I'm replacing, no longer available, used lots of steam and dried in 10 minutes or less.

Perfect for keeping my floors clean. Also did an awesome job on carpet cleaning.

I used it three times and very happy with the steam cleaner. You need to treat stains on carpets and then steam it. It does a good job. Only use filtered water or reverse osmosis cleaned water so it keeps working without clogging. Always vacuum before using it. The only complaint is the material of the pad is hard to whiten even with chlorine bleach.

What a disappointment. I had high hopes for this thing. What I dislike, the mop pads fold up while in use. The back and forth movement rolls up the front corner of the pad. This is a hindrance for my cleaning.Good things about this mop are, it heats up incredibly fast, and the cord is super long. I like the stem variation option.If I could do it over, I would not buy this.
