This a very good product. I've been taking this for many years. I recommend this product.

I have been using this product for several years. I take a half serving (one capsule instead of two) in addition to the vitamins in my multiple vitamin-mineral supplement. I know how important it is to take the right amount of each B vitamin instead of the same amount of each one. This supplement contains the right proportion of each B vitamin... hence the name Nutritionally BALANCED B Stress. If you don't take B vitamins in a multiple vitamin it would be good to take the full dose of these (two capsules per day). I take a half serving because I do take other B vitamins.

This is a very good product that I have found to be effective for relieving ordinary stress. It is gentle and natural. I have used it occasionally for years. Best to take it early in the day because B vitamins can interfere with sleep.

I love this b12 it is so easy to take tastes great! I have had trouble with B vitamins giving me anxiety but these do not and seem to give me sustainable energy

I take be supplements every day, to make sure I get the Best levels of vitamins I need. I was taking the "Mega B Stress" formula and found it to be too much for my system. These "Balanced B Stress" are easier on my system. I get enough B vitamins to get through the day, and they also help with an acid reflex I noticed. I also use Nutritional yeast to get my b vitamins in my food. But I buy it in bulk and use it as a seasoning or additive to some snacks.

Don’t know if it helps. My hair seems to be growing back better.

I've taken this for months perhaps years. Lately the quality seems not as consistent because the color of the capsules changed from a brighter color to a much more dull color. I still get it but I don't know why the change in consistency.
