Tara Toys Minnie Mouse Necklace Activity Set

I was looking for a simple jewelry making set for my 3 year old Minnie Mouse loving girl for Christmas and this one checks all the boxes! I wanted something she could do independently without needing me to tie off string for her and the design of these necklaces is perfect for that. Love that it can be played with over and over again and she’s so proud of herself when she makes a necklace all by herself! The only part I have to help with is securing the finished product around her neck. We have had one or two incidences where she accidentally pulled on it playing dress up and it popped off but she knows to ask for help taking it off so we don’t lose any beads. She was a little disappointed that there was no Goofy charm included in the Mickey set but otherwise it’s perfect! Getting the princess set for her birthday next!

These kits are so great! The rubber necklaces are easy for little hands to string the beads unlike normal flimsy string! The connector also makes it easy to take the necklaces off and on for sleeping/bathing, etc. My 2 year old- 7 year olds all love them!

Super cute. Got my three year old granddaughter. Second kit I’ve gotten her like this. She loves them. They are perfect for her age. She is able to make her own little necklace pretty much independently.

This bead and pendant set was great for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She needed some help with the claps, but was able to make a necklace herself! She loved the Minnie and friends pendants and the cute carrying case. The beads were pretty, but lighter weight (so likely cheaper quality) than pony beads from a crafting store. I took a star off since the pink beads included were pale pink and not florescent enough to match Minnie's bright pink bow. Apparently that's important to a little girl, so I ended up getting a separate bead kit from a craft store. I love how we can make and recreate these necklaces!

My 3-yr-old daughter has been playing with this for hours at a time for days on end. This may be her favorite Christmas gift, even more than her new tricycle. She loved it so much she wanted to wear it to bed, in the bath, and on her first day of back at preschool. (Obviously I would never let her wear this to sleep, just sharing her sentiment and excitement). It’s a great value for what you get. Admittedly there aren’t that many beads with how heavy handed she likes to get. So I went to Michael’s and bought more. Cost me $35 in beads vs $15 for this whole set. I’ll probably get her a different character set at some point.

Very colorful & easy to use. My two and a half year old granddaughter made all the necklaces in one sitting. She was so engaged in this activity. Bought a second set for my five year old granddaughter.

I have ordered so many necklace sets. I feel like they either have 500 pieces that get everywhere or they have string that is hard to tie etc. This set is PERFECT. They can put on the beads and take them off to make a new necklace. My 4 year old is able to do easily by herself. The silicone thread is easy to string the beads on and easy to take on and off. I will definitely be buying this again for birthday parties etc.
