Mr Bongo is extremely proud to announce the much-anticipated release of the next installment from the legendary Prince Fatty. Prince Fatty Versus the Drunken Gambler is a mix of hip hop fantasy and reggae reality. A true tale of betrayal and revenge. When Prince Fatty discovers that his former master has indeed turned to the dark side, a broken oath releases 10 fatal strikes of Sound System Specials. Only Prince Fatty can stop the Drunken Gambler's evil plan, but to do so, he must first battle the deadly team of Disco Monks that will stop at nothing in the service of their overlord. No mercy is shown as Daddy Horseman strikes the blood stained swords of arch rivals and sworn enemies. Backed by the 'Supersized' assasins and the Mutant Hi-Fi, each having their unique kung fu style and weapons in an epic sound system battle lasting over 30 mins. Featuring Studio One legend Winston Francis and George Dekker from the Pioneers as the invincible Twins of Fury, Hollie Cook as the deadly Angel of Vengeance and as special guest, the infamous Dennis Alcapone.

Great CD
Really enjoying it - uplifting and every single track is good. You certainly can't sit still and be miserable whilst this CD is playing.

Another Great Effort
Its a real pleasure to find someone still making this kind of music and many thanks to Mark Lamarr and Steve Lamacq for playing it on the radio. It harks back to reggae's golden age and it is a top notch production that fizzes out of your speakers. Its a bit short at about 35 minutes and tracks 4 and 6 are a bit weaker than the rest but the good tracks are very good indeed. All the earlier albums and the Hollie Cook album and its dub version produced by Prince Fatty are good too. Lots more of the same please.

Modern reggae album in 'no filler' shocker!!...
Great stuff! Reliably top notch production from Prince Fatty...with just the right amount of dub influence . Excellent selection of material..rarely going for the obvious . Doesn't overstay its welcome (33 mins approx) so don't pay over-the-odds(!) All we need now is a two month Indian Summer!...Highly recommended if you like your reggae tuneful-to-the-max . Nice .
