I wear a 42 D bra, ordered a 1X and it was a just loose enough for me to not feel comfortable about the fit. I worry that if worn for a few hours it would stretch out enough to not hold up. I returned the item.

Q: I wear a 32/34 ddd vs what size should i get? small is the correct band size but not my chest size?

Did the small work for you? I’m the same size.

Q: What's the difference between 1x and 1x Plus?

I don’t know. I returned mine as the size was wrong for the description they gave for sizes.
