Worth its weight in gold!
For someone that gets painful knots in my back, these things are amazing! Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good deep tissue massage because of knots in their back. The handle allows you to really manipulate where the hard rubber golf ball and situates on your back which makes it really easy to get it in the exact spot you need!

Great
These are well built and have smaller balls than the name brand Bongers. These are even better for smaller areas of the body.

Great but...
I love a good bonging but this one pulls at my hair. So keep your hair out of the way!!

This silly little things really work
So basically you thump them on your back as a massage. I picked one up and used it at a Asian grocery store and later that day I noticed it really worked, so I ordered the and have one as a stocking stuffer. I wear two bathrooms so I can really go for it and so it spreads the impact out

Handle
Pretty good, but handle is slippery and better make with rubber or silicone cover

Love these, sore muscles? Bong away and the muscle releases.

Stupid, didn't work at all
In my desperate need for relief I ordered these. They arrived as pictured, but I quickly realized what a stupid purchase. They did nothing, don't waste your money. Sadly I missed my window to return them.

Works for massage therapists too
I've been a licensed Massage Therapist for 12years now. Now, I do own a massage gun( w the 4head attachments) which I don't always feel like hauling with me. But these little golf ball tools that I overlooked years ago, well I'm glad I bought them. Light weight, convenient, quiet usage. Doing tapotement technique, is very effective to increase blood flow which moves the pain. Helps on the daily along with stretching and epsum salt baths, that in-between time before getting my next masssge.
