Not the good one
I ordered two and one of it was snapped when it came in. It had 5 speed but it is kind of this way5. Medium4. Little slow medium3. Slow2. Very slow1. Super slowI wont not buy again.

good regulator
good and sturdy regulators used earlier but needs improvement in circuit linearity of regulation needs improvement specially at the end the speed of fan on the full mode (no regulation) and next step had huge variation.

The increase in speed is not gradual from 1 to 4. The speed from 1 to 3 is low & 4 is sudden full speed
