Magic Wand 32mm (Blue)

My Granddaughter wanted this for Christmas and it was perfect.

The problem is that the Magic wand DOESN"T CURLTHE HAIR! Even at the highest temperature 450, my fine hair wouldn’t curl. If I get something close to a curl it doesn’t hold more than an hour. I’m very disappointed with this product. I bought it from the Nume website All the reviews that flash in front of your eyes as you try to select a product are fake and a scam. I feel trapped with a horrible product because to return it they charge $15.00 fee and they don’t refund the $12.00 shipping charge. If I only knew I would have never bought this scam!

Well, I had written a very honest review and Amazon would not post it. So long story short, this wand shorts out, or does not heat up to the full 450 degrees after about 2 months. I am currently receiving a replacement, but it has been nothing but a hassle.

I was able to get a very good deal with a NuMe code but it's not worth it; the curls only last about an hour. I have long hair but I've used other products like the Babyliss Nano Titanium and that works wonders!!! I wanted to try out NuMe, but I am very dissapointed. I didn't return it because shipping both ways is equivalent to the price of the wand so I might as well just keep it.

I bought the 32mm magic curling wand from NuMe official website, and I left a review on their website after I used it for several times. At that time, I left a 3 star (I am very generous person, so even I don't like it, I give 3 starts, which is the lowest one for me to give the reviews). My hair is soft and very straight, so it is hard to make curls or keep them stay for a day. I was disappoited because I read the reviews on their website, which stated that even if their hair are super thin and straight, it is easy to make curls and keep the curls before next shower. I thought maybe my hair is harder to deal with, but the product is not good enought, so I give it 3 star, which the website didn't show it on their website (I waited for a month). What kind of people are these?!! Only put good reviews and reject bad ones! I really want to give 0 star if I can.

I just spent the money on a nume curling wand. And it sucks! My curls fell out within the first 10 minutes. Don't believe the lies that they hold all day

The BEST curling wand out there!!!

Purchased the 32mm wand through a Groupon Deal. Something to be said for companies willing to sell products at a serious cut. I used once...was okay. Got a nasty burn on my hand which I'll chalk up to operator error. Plugged it in for a 2nd try and it shorted out and blew a fuse. I had noticed condensation behind the LCD screen so I'm pretty sure I received it defective. I contacted NuMe for a refund or exchange and was told I could receive an exchange unit for $20...and keep the one I had. So, in effect this company marks up its prices to sell "at a discount" but knows they're worth about $20. Will not be shelling out any more money to this brand.
