I did before and after blood work. This is great!! I use five drops at night it lasted a very long time. This is my second order. I love the fact that it has peppermint and olive oil as a natural ingredient. I can't seem to taste the peppermint as its very light in flavor. It's very affordable and very effective! I will stick to this one as long as I can.

Great taste , doesn't taste like glycerin like every other drip vitamin. It absorbs well under your tongue and fast. I cannot prove its effectiveness without a doctor blood test or similar but I will update this when the day comes. Based on its absorption I am sure it's entering your body because it disappears when dripped under the tongue and if you let it sit there without swallowing it does go away in under 2 minutes. Much better option than pills. Recommended for anyone living in northeast with 6 months of winter.

This is so much easier than pills. Two drops of minty tasting oil per serving. Our vitamin D levels tested very low so we are supplementing. The price can't be beat either!

The absorption rate of this product is excellent. The Combination of D3 and K2 is more effective. This is a great value for the $$ and more importantly works.

I drop it directly under my tongue when it will go there. Some on my cheek, some on the bottle. Tastes great and easy to swallow tho
