The media could not be loaded. We were excited to get these bicycle racks..we are beginner riders with a small living space.The rack came with instructions but I wish it was a little clearer. To solve one of the problems we faced...It comes with a heavy duty screw plug that works different from what I'm used to...- Make the holes big enough to fit the plug and screw HEAD.... It should fit tight- Just as it comes assembled, only remove the 3 pieces on the other end and push the plugs and screw down into the holes you drilled... With the screw tip sticking out, respectively.- Now all you'll need to do is place the black rack over the screw tips and put the 3 pieces over the screw tips as you see in my photos or the on the instruction paper.Putting on the hanger was easy peasyTwo errors we made when installing this rack...1. Before you make the hole in the wall, make sure there is sufficient space for the bicycle to hang "out". Your bicycle is gonna stick out about the width of your handle bar from the wall.2. If you're hanging two bicycles in a small area, understand that they can't overlap each other, so you'll need the length of both bicyclesWe were hoping to do an instruction video but our 2nd bicycle didn't fit our space on the rack. Based on how far out and high up the 1st one hung, we easily place the other one below it and then mounted the other bike

Nice hangers. The directions, not so much. After a few minutes of me going "yeah, it doesn't go like that....." I was able to figure it out.Good and sturdy once I figured out how everything went . . Only buy if you don't mind a bit of a puzzle. Good for product the price.

First off, I was missing two hanging bolts it was supposed to include so I had to go to the hardware store and buy more bolts. Second when I tried hanging the bike hanger using the other two bolts it came with, I put the 35lb bike on the bikehanger and it completely fell off the wall damaging my $800 bike and wall. Very disappointed. Wish I could get my money back.

some issues when installing. I had to improvise with the screws into the wall. But so happy at end that I still gave it 5 stars

It was a pretty heavy duty made product how ever the bolts were not very sturdy so my husband and I had to go buy big screws to replace the bolts

Mounting Hardware waseemed good but used mounting screws that I had that were easier to just screw the stand into directly to studs. Of you decide to use mounting hardware that comes with them remember that you still need to install onto studs. Rack itself is good thought it be more sturdy, but still holding up fine. The arms is able to move up or down but if moved up you cant secure it to stay up with the bolt when the bike is off.

Easy to hang, very sturdy ... exactly what you could want from this. Hardware was a bit over the top if attaching to a stud (which I can't image anyone not doing) but I'd certainly prefer more hardware than necessary over something that isn't enough.
